Horrible! !! Never ever take your vehicle here for repairs!! We have had our Subaru for a number of years and over the last few years have had the most horribl !! Never ever take your vehicle here for repairs!! We have had our Subaru for a number of years and over the last few years have had the most horrible experiences with the service department. It takes days for an oil change and tire rotation. If you have a bigger issue, expect to leave your car for multiple days and this is with an appointment. The car rental agency next door has people constantly getting loaners because of cars that the service department doesn't get to. We will never buy from Tom Wood again and are absolutely getting rid of our Subaru at this point because we can't get it serviced!! More

The service is always excellent, I always know what is going on with my car. They go above and beyond to be helpful and prompt and the new scanning feature they have is great, I saw every inch of my car f going on with my car. Reserved an appointment with Subaru ap for 7:30am. We were the second car in when the service department opened. The appointment was for an oil change and no more. I understand that the tires are rota We were the second car in when the service department opened. The appointment was for an oil change and no more. I understand that the tires are rotated automatically and we requested a car wash and that was all. The manager handling the appointment was fine explained that the shop was having a bad day. He gave us a coupon for $25 off the bill. I fail to understand why an oil change could cause us to wait nearly two and a half hours for completion. More

Yesterday was my third regular maintenance visit to this dealership and similar to my first two visits I experienced chaos in the service department. When I pulled in my vehicle for service I felt like I w dealership and similar to my first two visits I experienced chaos in the service department. When I pulled in my vehicle for service I felt like I was invisible as even though there were st least 6 young men in the area no one could locate my service agent. Finally someone from the service dept checked in my car and told me where to wait. This is the same lack of customer service I have experienced each time I brought my car in for service. In addition, it was difficult to work and make phone calls since one of the customers in the waiting room had brought in her two large dogs which were barking most of the time I was there. I thought it was strange that they allowed dogs in the waiting area. More
