Service could be improved. I do not feel I have been treated as a valuable customer although I purchased a new Forester at Tom Wood Subaru. The car I purchased has a specific is I do not feel I have been treated as a valuable customer although I purchased a new Forester at Tom Wood Subaru. The car I purchased has a specific issue, and I seem to be the only one being inconvenienced. In the past I have dealt with other dealerships that have been very accommodating. I believe there is more that could be done to make me a satisfied customer, such as assuring me that I would have a loaner when leaving the car for a second time for the same issue. Furthermore, I have visited the dealership more than 2 times to attempt to solve the matter. More

Girl at express desk was clueless about how to check a customer's record, tried to charge me for it and tried to give me the wrong keys. After explaining no, this is free, she questioned me about whether I had been there before (um...yes, I bought the car from them...) and then she tried to tell me the battery was out of warranty. Wrong again, it was less than 10 months old. She finally had someone else look, and I was told the battery was fine but I needed an alternator software update, which was free. Things fine since. First experience there with someone not knowledgeable and who was suspicious and thought I was lying about where I bought the battery, who installed it, and the service should be free. More

$800 to change the plugs We took two of our Subaru’s in for service. I have two points to make that highlight the reasons I will not gonna last. 1) I had a slow leak in o We took two of our Subaru’s in for service. I have two points to make that highlight the reasons I will not gonna last. 1) I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I mentioned it during check in. $35 later the tire is plugged. Keep in mind they pulled the tires to do a roatation. Mental note-take to Discount Tire next time for free. 2) The car has 60k miles. They said the plains needed changed. $800 later they are changed. Response from dealer, we have to disassemble a lot to do it. Recommendation to Subaru-have your engineers design for maintenance, not for dealer profit. This experience just made me a Tom Wood and Subaru net detractor. More
