I was looking for a car due to my old one dying. I had went to other dealerships but they weren't friendly and only cared about making a buck. He took my info and In less than an hour he said, 'so when do you want to pick up your car'. I went the next day to pick up my car! Just like that. No hassle, no negativity just a smiling face willing and WANTING to make sure I was happy and taken care of. I love this place and I will be going back to Mike for my next car! I've driven Cadillacs for 30 years. Recently, after much research, I decided to purchase a Toyota Avalon. Brian was referred to me by a business associate, and Brian asked Mike to assist me. Mike stayed in touch with me on a daily basis, without me calling first. What a refreshing change from others I've worked with in the past in the automotive industry. Today I signed the paperwork and picked up the perfect car! Tom Wood Toyota is the only dealership I'll refer, and Brian and Mike are the only finance/sales people I'll refer to others. I feel like I not only picked up my new car today but made life-long friends as well. More

Two weeks after I had a servie at Tom Wood, a screw fell off an undercarriage cover, and when I took it in they fixed it for me at no charge in about 30 minutes! I love this Toyota dealership. Recently I was in the market for a new Prius. I dreaded having to deal with car salesmen (as a senior executive I have managed many sales forces over the years). The first Toyota dealer I visited confirmed my fears. I received the most outrageous service even when I told them I was definitely going to buy a new Prius. It was like being back in the 1960's with the old-fashioned car sales techniques and sales people that were not knowledgable and incompetent. After being insulted by the sales manager I decided I would NEVER buy a car there. My wife and I called two other dealers and we found Ken Gregory at Tom Wood Toyota. It was like night and day. Ken was courteous, polite and most importantly didn't try to play games with us. He even worked with us via email and texting which the other company wouldn't or couldn't do. We were able to resolve many of our questions expedituosly and fairly. Result: we ended up buying a new 2011 Prius from Ken. We were absolutley delighted with the process and I would recommend Ken wihout hesitation to anyonme lookng for a new or used car. As for the car - I love it. I drive 85 miles round trip to work each day and I have been averagaing almost 58 mpg. More

Roy has time and time again expressed his want to help get me the best service while working to save me money. I needed tires and I called him at work and told him what I needed, he called me back within get me the best service while working to save me money. I told him I would call discount tire and get some prices also and he was fine with that. He called me back within 15 minutes with a price I could afford. I didn't ask anything else just told him I would have it there the next day. I have seen how busy it is there and to feel like someone did something special for your business is a great feeling.
