Recently I was in the market for a new Prius. I dreaded having to deal with car salesmen (as a senior executive I have managed many sales forces over the years). The first Toyota dealer I visited confirmed my fears. I received the most outrageous service even when I told them I was definitely going to buy a new Prius. It was like being back in the 1960's with the old-fashioned car sales techniques and sales people that were not knowledgable and incompetent. After being insulted by the sales manager I decided I would NEVER buy a car there. My wife and I called two other dealers and we found Ken Gregory at Tom Wood Toyota. It was like night and day. Ken was courteous, polite and most importantly didn't try to play games with us. He even worked with us via email and texting which the other company wouldn't or couldn't do. We were able to resolve many of our questions expedituosly and fairly. Result: we ended up buying a new 2011 Prius from Ken. We were absolutley delighted with the process and I would recommend Ken wihout hesitation to anyonme lookng for a new or used car. As for the car - I love it. I drive 85 miles round trip to work each day and I have been averagaing almost 58 mpg. More

Roy has time and time again expressed his want to help get me the best service while working to save me money. I needed tires and I called him at work and told him what I needed, he called me back within get me the best service while working to save me money. I told him I would call discount tire and get some prices also and he was fine with that. He called me back within 15 minutes with a price I could afford. Mr.Thordarson was very thorough with his explanations-still I was disappointed that even though I downloaded a coupon, and thought I would only pay $39.99 for a service, I ended up paying more than ten times that much. I went to Tom Wood and the car was pulled around front and freshly washed for my inspection. Mike was a great sales representative with no pressure and no b/s, he is very straightforward which goes a long way when looking for a car. I was anticipating some money from the Army and informed Mike of this, he got me approved on the spot and told me to post date the check and let him know when it would clear. The Tom Wood Toyota staff is amazing and very friendly. They worked with me every step of the way and I will go nowhere else to get vehicles in the future. More

This place is great. It was a little bit far away & honestly not in the best neighborhood, but it was worth it. We bought an awesome new Tundra & Ken was a true professional. We had been shopping on the internet for several months to not just get the best deal, but also the perfect truck for our business. Ken was quick with answering our questions, and we had lots of them. He was way more knowledgable than other places we contacted. We had trouble finding all of the right details for the truck but Ken suggested some add-ons and accessories that he was able to order and have delivered and installed the next day. They accidentally scratched the tail gate when installing things, but when we pointed it out, they fixed it on the spot. We got a great deal on the perfect truck and the people went out of there way to help us. We already sent one of employees in to get a truck from them too.
