I’ve also had to live/work in continental US (NewJersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina,Georgia, Texas, California) and I can resolutely state Sean Kikuchi is the best Service Advisor I have had to work with in the 44 years I have owned/driven Honda Accord/Civic vehicles. I plan to buy my next hybrid Civic in 2025 from Tony Honda due the excellent service I always receive from Sean Kikuchi. More

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Tony Honda. My sales associate, Nick, genuinely demonstrated his passion for his job and his focus on customer satisfaction. This was my first time ever going through the process of owning a new car and he made it so much fun while also being very informative. Overall, he was able to show me options that fit my lifestyle and I found one I loved. We stayed very late at the dealership but it was well worth it for the both of us. I recently purchased 2022 Civic Sport Touring and with PPF/CERAMIC/RUSTGUARD. When I picked up my car after the ceramic/PPF/Rust guard, notice both driver/passenger side mirror, the PPF had bubble [not se PPF/CERAMIC/RUSTGUARD. When I picked up my car after the ceramic/PPF/Rust guard, notice both driver/passenger side mirror, the PPF had bubble [not sealed] properly. Very disappointed. I had to leave the vehicle there for re-work. Where was Quality Assurance Inspector after the job was accomplished? Very disappointed with the service. I wonder how my other services for CERAMIC and RUSTGUARD, were these done properly? More

We had the best experience at Tony Honda dealership from service associate Jayce Mednick 12/18/2023. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and patiently answered our questions. Jayce is very personable, professional and the best positive representative of this dealership. Never having purchased a new car, I fell for all the add-ons. Two of these caused issues. Once when I asked in a normal tone a service associate a question, he was blatantly out of line with his sarcastic response. On a different problem we spoke nicely to the manager and he doesn't know how to speak to the customer even if you have to pretend to be nice, he couldn't do it. I've worked in customer service jobs 25 years and understand it is challenging especially if the customer is irate or unreasonable which I was not. It's too bad that a great representative like Jayce doesn't get compensation or recognition. We are very pleased with the car a 2018 Honda Civic Ex-T but Jayce is the only person in the areas of sales, finance (really sells additional contracts, etc.), service, and management that has left a positive impression and experience. More
George Toro helped me when I needed it most. At 6:30am this morning 12.28.23, on my drive to work and ready to jump on the freeway, my engine light came on regarding my tires. I stopped by Tony Honda without an appointment and praying that someone would help me and as soon as I drove into the service line, George was there and I explained my situation. He took my car explained my tire pressure was low (added air) and found no nails. Thank you George for your outstanding service and I appreciate you not turning me away since I didn't have an appointment. Happy New Year! More
