My wife and I were so impressed by the friendly, professional, prompt, and thorough service by Maria Balicoco that we even saved her number. When we texted her that we were interested in buying a car, she immediately asked if we were still interested in the Ridgeline! Imagine our pleasant surprise to be remembered and to feel valued! To be honest, we were sold at that very moment. We were again impressed at Maria's thoughtfulness and scheduled an appointment. Due to our limited schedule, Maria arranged for a colleague to greet us and we were met with the same care and detail by Royce Murai. We appreciated his courteous service and answering all our questions and eventually helping us close the deal.
