The BEST Car Buying Experience I took a 45 minute drive to Tony Honda with my three children (9, 8, & 5 yrs) and the long trip was NOT in vain! From the moment I met Moi Mabalot an I took a 45 minute drive to Tony Honda with my three children (9, 8, & 5 yrs) and the long trip was NOT in vain! From the moment I met Moi Mabalot and Tracie Komori, I knew I was going to be in good hands. They were not only friendly, but very GENUINE (something that I've seen lack in previous car buying experiences, at other dealerships). They genuinely wanted to help our young, busy family of six find the right vehicle. I told them that I was looking for a Pilot and that safety features were what I desired most. Moi accommodated my financial situation so much that I was able to buy a NEW pilot! This was BEYOND what I had dreamed or thought I could possibly afford! The next day my children and I woke up really early with excitement, for the Pilot Elite we were about to pick up had the Rear Entertainment System they always hankered for! Tracie did a thorough job explaining the Pilot's many features and was really patient with my many questions. I drove off feeling well acquainted with my new car and confident in my purchase. I highly recommend Moi and Tracie if you are in the market for a new car! (And on a side note, my children also recommend Tony Honda. They loved the snack bar, clean comfy lounge area, colorful wooden activity cube, and the great deal of USB outlets for their tablets). :O) More

SERVICE to 2016 CRV GREAT SERVICE! I broke one of the lugnuts on my vehilce, by changing the tires and my service rep was outstanding, Lyden Paulino, with no appointment, GREAT SERVICE! I broke one of the lugnuts on my vehilce, by changing the tires and my service rep was outstanding, Lyden Paulino, with no appointment, it was fixed in the same day. I always have had a good experience. Although, I felt that it should have been covered under my warranty, since my vehilce only had 36, 000 miles on it and my warranty is good until 80k, I still felt that Tony Honda and my service rep did whatever they could to ensure my vehilce was fixed and was safe for my family. Additionally, Lyden gave me a hour labor fee discount. THANKS TONY HONDA and Mr. Paulino! More

Jason did not push anything different on us. He helped us get a good deal for what we were wanting to do and making sure that we were worry free. Daniel Zabresky our finance manager was nice and very welcoming. While signing the papers he explained them very well for both my husband and I to understand. Overall, everyone was nice and professional during our time there. We love our new car! More

However after a while of my hesitation and the payments not working out in my favor Walt also assisted with the transaction and was very helpful with running numbers for payments and budgeting! A combination of the two of them together is what really convinced me it was the vehicle for me and it’s still in my budget. Now I’m riding around in a brand new car! Something I never imagined I would ever do. Danny in finance was also very helpful and reassuring during the process. All and all Tony Honda was good to me! More
