Wade ordered the part and got me back in for the installation in a jiffy, avoiding a potential problem "down the road" which is exactly why I drive out from town to get my routine servicing done with Wade at Tony! Anyone can change my oil. With Tony, I get the Multi-Point inspection each and every time I come in giving me peace of mind! But I always get Wade's honest, fast, friendly, and "like family" helpful service, updating me every step of the way. Great service Wade; you're the best! More

Best sales and service department My 2014 Honda Odyssey was making all kinds of noises as I was driving home from work. It was 7:30 at night and I knew the service department at Tony My 2014 Honda Odyssey was making all kinds of noises as I was driving home from work. It was 7:30 at night and I knew the service department at Tony Honda Waipio was closed but I pulled in anyway. The sales manager Moi Mabalot was there and he assured me that he would take care of the car. Sure enough, the next morning he spoke with Andrew my service advisor and Andrew called me to find out what kinds of problems I was having with my van. Mind you, I did not have an appointment but they still took care of me. Andrew kept in contact with me and let me know what the mechanic found and how much it would cost to repair the van(timing belt). I wanted the van back the same day if possible but it was a big job so I wasn’t expecting it until the next morning. I got a call at 7:30 the next morning from Andrew saying that my van was ready! My mechanic Randy knew I needed my van ASAP. He stayed late to finish the repairs on my van. He went beyond my expectations. I can’t say enough good things about Moi, Andrew and Randy! What a great team at Tony Honda Waipio! I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, my husband has a Toyota but is getting ready to look into the Honda electric vehicle. Can’t beat the service and the great people who work there! Thank you so much Moi, Andrew and Randy. And all of you who make it so pleasant to visit Tony Honda Waipio. More
