When arriving there, I was informed that the building was under construction, and was informatively directed to the makeshift, outdoors (tent) lobby. Amazing, how he recognizes the car (as well as, other employees: Kikuchi, Pagan, Lompoc, Szameitat) and call me by name. Warm feelings are generated by this approach, as with the genuine display of respect, and the professional atmosphere, as well. I did not have a scheduled appointment for today's service, to which, Mr. Toro stated, not to worry, a malfunctioning battery is considered somewhat of an emergency. This, put me at ease. He immediately pulled out some gadget, to test the battery. Then, Mr. Kicuchi rendered (as always) a thoroughly informative and efficient service. And throughout my wait there, Mr. Toro would update me on the services' progress, while offering me free access to the coffee/snack area. Once again, it was a pleasant and great experience. More
