Fast, Quality Service Brought our 2017 Honda Civic in because the "tire pressure" light was on. The wait was only 30 minutes. Sean, my service provider, showed me a picture Brought our 2017 Honda Civic in because the "tire pressure" light was on. The wait was only 30 minutes. Sean, my service provider, showed me a picture of a large throne in my tire. He said that Honda usually recommends buying a new tire, but Sean plugged the hole instead. He told me to keep an eye out for the "tire pressure" light for the next few days. If the light comes back on, to bring the car in and they'll go the new tire route. My visit was free and I got a car wash coupon. Sean also printed out some documents for me to use when shipping my car (we're in the process of moving off island). Sean has serviced our cars for more than 10+ years and I really appreciate everything he's done for us. More

Sean Kikuchi has always demonstrated exceptional knowledge, quick service, and friendly reviews to make sure my Honda Civics in Hawaii are working in tip top condition. I appreciate the time he takes to research my work history on each car and recommends changes or work on parts for each visit. Excellent service My husband who is a maintenance Supervisor suspected that my car's belt tensioner needed looking at or needed to be replaced so I took it in for servi My husband who is a maintenance Supervisor suspected that my car's belt tensioner needed looking at or needed to be replaced so I took it in for servicing. Sure enough, the part needed to be replaced and was ordered. Judi was my shuttle driver again and once again I received excellent service from her. As I understand it, the shuttles make their last run around 3:30 p.m. Judi was wonderful enough to agree to stay longer to shuttle me back to my car. Thank you Judi! I appreciate your hard work! More
