New breed of a car salesman My wife and I were very fortunate that Jacob amadeo was the first person to approach us when we went to Tony Honda auto plex basically window shopping My wife and I were very fortunate that Jacob amadeo was the first person to approach us when we went to Tony Honda auto plex basically window shopping for a possible new/used car. Making it clear that we were just looking at cars with no intention to buy that day, Jacob still didn't treat us like a "lost sale" customer and jump to another customer to try get another sale, instead he was even extra helpful into listening to what we were looking for in a car and showing us possible options. We even test drove a car around the dealership to see how we felt in it, again with no intention of buying that day Jacob was never pushy and never tried any smooth slick talking like the old school shark Car salesman that's still lingering around these days, when we got back at the dealership we shook hands and my wife and I left. My wife and I slept on it and the next day we came back and we told Jacob we wanted the car. Now this is where Jacob shines, during negotiating he was never pushy and if it wasn't a price we were comfortable with Jacob would always try to make it right with us. Because we were at his desk for a few hours of back and forth negotiating my wife and I was getting hungry he instantly passed us some granola bars, because I kept checking prices and using my phone calculator on my phone my battery was dying, and again instantly he had phone chargers ready for Android and apple, it just goes to show what type of person he is and that is a person who's always ready and game for any situation to go out of his way to help his customers, I have no problem letting Jacob take my money lol also I for sure will only buy from Jacob he has really been a blessing for us. Ron oya who sold us some accessories was awesome too!! Again never pushy and listen to want we wanted, he is another person who I look forward to doing more business with for the future of our car thanks Jacob and Ron! Kawika More

Transportation provided while vehicle was being serviced. Took my car into Tony Honda for service and was informed that the service would take several hours. I requested whether or not transportation was available to take me home as I had an important issue scheduled. Unfortunately all courtesy shuttles were on the road and wouldn't return for an hour or so. Mr. George Toro, a Tony Honda Service employee, learned of my dilemma and volunteered to take me home.
