He was able to help me obtain a competitive price and low interest rate. Curtis Matsumoto helped me to see the importance of a good warranty and GAP coverage. Cynthia Fernandez was very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. I got the car the same day and came back later when the tire pressure light came on. I'm not sure if under new management or just different departments? but WOW...just WOW good job guys. Came in to fix a factory recall on my car. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and friendly. They even have complimentary coffee and snacks...say whaaaaat?! The two employees that mainly helped me were Andrew and Judi. Awesome employees and can see why they were hired for the jobs. Andrew is friendly, helpful, and gave the best customer experience. He recommended I get my oil changed and even hit me up with a discount from the manager. The price in my opinion was great and I believe cheaper than the other places I go. Also got a complimentary car wash...are you flipping kidding me?! Who walks into a place to get service on their car and get stuff back? Yup Tony Honda. Thanks Andrew and Tony Honda team. I didn't know they had a shuttle service. They dropped me off at home! How about that service! Judi was great with the shuttle service. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and conveniently came to pick me up when my car was done! Boom, Pow, made a lame car maintenance day into an AWESOME experience. Thanks Tony Honda Team once again. SERIOUSLY YOU GUYS DID AMAZING! yes capital letters are necessary. I’ve bought all my cars here, and I always come back. Detailed: I scheduled an appointment to look at used Hondas, and even though I was early, I was taken in and shown the lot. The waiting area had coffee, tea, and comfortable seating. The showroom/service area was clean and well-kept. Dustin is really informed and answered all my questions, finding the right car for me. Marco knew which protection plans were available for me and suggested each with detailed descriptions. From looking at the lot, discussing features, test driving, and signing the papers, I was out in less than 3 hours. Great experience with every employee, all questions answered, and I left satisfied with a car I wanted. Mahalo for the great experience! :) More

David Diaz was our salesperson and he was so personable and friendly, yet so professional and knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. He was like family which made us real comfortable (we share the same last name, but we're not related). David was patient and a good listener as well as great communicator and we will always remember his passion for what he does. He also got us a great price and an interest rate our Credit Union could not match. One of my sons will be purchasing his first car soon, and we will definitely think about seeing David again. We also had great service from the effervescent Val Arakaki (?) and John, the finance guy. Even when I returned to get my plates, two salespersons came out and put on the plates in like 2 minutes and they shared my exuberance about my new vehicle. We've also had great experiences with their service department in the past with Sean, David, Andrew, and others. A Honda sells itself, but an exceptional staff is what brings people like us back to Tony Honda. More
