Great service, again! Had a problem getting my Civic into gear Friday morning. Call Wade (my regular customer service professional) and he had me come right in. Had to leave the car since my clutch master was leaking, so needed a ride home. The usual customer shuttle was going the other way, but George Toro quickly volunteered to personally drive me home. Wow, now that's service above and beyond from both of them! (That drive home is almost an hour round trip, but George insisted rather than have me wait a couple of hours for the usual shuttle.) But that's the typical Tony Honda attitude I've come to enjoy and appreciate. Hence this review. There are 3 Honda dealers on Oahu and I've been to all of them. Tony is the farthest away, but I've bought my last 4 cars from Tony Honda and its outstanding staff, and will continue to do so despite the distance, simply because of its stellar 5 star service! Everyone is friendly, courteous, helpful, and really do treat you like family! And you know everything will be done right, the first time. Thanks Wade and George! Appreciate the kokua! Mahalos! More

Mixed Bag But Overall Very Satiesfied I initially engaged Kerry Kobayashi in early December. For my wife and new-born daughter, I wanted to get a CR-V. However, we were about to buy a hous I initially engaged Kerry Kobayashi in early December. For my wife and new-born daughter, I wanted to get a CR-V. However, we were about to buy a house so I told him I’d come back to Tony Honda. After our loan was funded, I came back to Tony Honda. I didn’t have an appointment but expected same quality of service. Boy, was I wrong about that assumption. The guy who rendered service was Jason Lee. I had some very particular specification on the CR-V I wanted and limited the choices that he could offer. However, throughout the time I spent with him, I felt like he was the boss of my car buying decision! He’d get frustrated over how much time he invested yet I was still dragging my decision. I had some questions but he refused to give me answers because it was not required at that stage of car purchasing process. To me, I really didn’t want to compromise certains specs because I was looking at the use of the car over long time at various locations outside of Hawaii as well. He had a car that I was willing to look in the storage so I told him to come back the next day. But more I thought about it over the night but couldn’t understand why I had to put up with his attitude and get pushed around. The next day, I canceled the appointment with Jason and set up the meeting with Kerry instead. As I expected, Kerry answered all my questions, patient, and courteous the entire time. Even during the negtiation, he broke down all the factors of its pricing policy. We made a demanding offer on a car that sat in a storage over its selling season and he fought for us to see if his manager will take it. On the day we took the car, Kerry sat down and explained all the features that the car could offer. I believe Tony Honda is a great organization but you just gotta meet the right person for your business. It was unfortunate that I had to sack Jason but I’m very happy with Kerry. With him, I’ll do business with Tony Honda again. More

We had an Audi, year 2017 (Q7), (with a very high negative equity). Limuel at the initial meeting approached us with warmth. I felt no judgement. His presence was very relaxing and he was nonetheless very accommodating, all throughout. The transaction went smoothly. He did all that he could to provide the best customer service! We were there for a very long time but that was because he exhausted all the possible ways for us to get approved and we did! We did go home with a brand new van that night!
