Amazing Sales Rep We were in search of an SUV or minivan that I could slide in and out of the seat and would be easy on my back and knees. When we arrived at Tony Honda We were in search of an SUV or minivan that I could slide in and out of the seat and would be easy on my back and knees. When we arrived at Tony Honda we were greeted by Mr. Andre Machado who by the the way was extremely nice. I explained that it was our firs stop in the hunt and I could not guarantee him we would purchase a vehicle from him. The way he responded and went about it impressed me. Most sales representatives are pushy and refuse to let you leave but he was very amicable. After test driving one vehicle we left and went to three other dealer who were exactly how I am used to them being, pushy and in most cases rude when you let them know you will not be purchasing from them. We returned to Tony Honda and contacted Mr. Machado who greeted us with a smile. We test drove a minivan that was in very good shape and just right for us. Mr. Machado was able to get us to a price that we all agreed on and we were out the door in less than two hours. The minivan had to stay a few extra days, which we were ok with and when we returned to pick it up Mr. Machado was there to hand us not only the key but an additional key that he had made and programmed for us free of charge since the vehicle only had one. If I had to describe Mr. Machado in one word and our experience with it would be “AMAZING!!!”. Thank you Mr. Machado for the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. More
