From the very first call, until the moment I drove my new AWESOME Honda Accord off the lot, he was nothing but kind and professional -as was the whole team at Tony Honda that I came in contact with. Limuel was straight with me from the beginning about the process and pricing range when I called over the phone in response to an ad I saw in the paper. And you know what? That's exactly what ended up happening. No gimmicks -no high pressure sales techniques, no coming back with differing figures than that which we've talked about, etc. etc. It was the most pleasurable car buying/leasing experience I've ever had. The only other car buying experience that was close to this magnitude was another purchase we made from Tony Nissan back 17 or 18 years ago. I'd recommend any of my friends or relatives to him if they ever plan on getting a car. Naurene Silva is very helpful and very friendly, really love her personality. She explained more about the car that I was plan on getting whenever I had a question about anything regarding the car's interior and such. She showed me how to connect my phone to the bluetooth and how to make calls using the hands free and much more. Needed plastic bags so that I could put everything from my old car in it to switch into the new car; she kindly offered getting me a box and plastic bags but since I was fine with just plastic bags I just took that. Curtis Matsumoto did an excellent job in doing all of the paperwork for the car. I was surprised on how quick he got it all done for me. Fastest paperwork experience I've ever done when it comes to getting a new car, didn't have to have to wait too long just to get it all done. More

When my boyfriend and I got to the dealership not to buy but just to clarify on what I was going to buy, a nice young gentlemen came up and greeted us When my boyfriend and I got to the dealership not to buy but just to clarify on what I was going to buy, a nice young gentlemen came up and greeted us with and awesome attitude I felt very comfortable. His personality was excellent, the informations about the Honda Civic Sedan, and Hatchback he gave us was very clear and understandable. But we've talked it out and decided to buy or try to buy a Honda Civic Hatchback, so the dealer consultant name is Limuel Michael Javines has made an appointment the next day at 1:30pm...... Next day when we got there decided to test drive both Sedan and Hatchback, obviously I really loved the Hatchback. So the three of us sat down and did all the agotiating and what not and Limuel was excellent on trying his absolute best on getting a good and fair pay, which he has done and it was great with the price and insurance prices. I was able to get the car I loved that day!! But other than just Limuel the other employees named Valerie Arakaki was also great loved her personality, she was so outgoing very easy to talk to, she was also great at explaining the Parts Accessories to me, she was just great. And lastly the young man that was doing my finance he was also great at explaining everything clearly and proper for me to understand, helped out a lot. Over all loved the service everybody was just great, would very highly likely recommend this place for sure. I myself will most definitely come back if I ever buy or trade in the future. More
