We were off their lot before even trying the car. Joe didn't pressure me at all, Ron came and walked me through all my options and understood exactly what I wanted. John was great in running my info and getting the financing done. Really seemed to know his stuff and couldn't have been more professional. I'm not going to another Honda dealer when my 2018 Fit dies. I'll gladly buy another from here when the time comes. More

Super Good Buying Experience Jared was quick to introduce himself when I came on the lot. He stopped talking about all the different cars on the lot when I told him exactly what Jared was quick to introduce himself when I came on the lot. The focus was on me and what I wanted in a car and that's a plus! I had a few other models in mind but he definitely helped with my decision. I wanted a family car that was safe, comfort and style. DO NOT SEE SCOTT!!! I recently purchased a brand new Honda from Tony Honda in Waipio. Scott M., who helped me in the purchase, told me they had a bunch of white Honda Fit I recently purchased a brand new Honda from Tony Honda in Waipio. Scott M., who helped me in the purchase, told me they had a bunch of white Honda Fit's with black interior (what I wanted). I told Scott that is exactly the color combination I wanted and ensured they had it in stock. After moving forward to sign papers with Honda Financial securing the purchase, Scott said he will go to the overflow lot to grab my vehicle and have it cleaned/ready after meeting with Finance. When I left the finance office and signed over the papers, Scott had cleaned up and handed me keys to a white civic with BEIGE interior. He apologized and said "sorry, we don't have black interior, it'll take about 3 weeks to come in." I was beyond upset!! He should have told me earlier!! I left with this color combination as I could not wait 3 weeks for a car to come in. NEVER SEE SCOTT!! More
