We went in, test drove one on the lot (he even took the time to show us all the new features, including turning on the lane keeping assist system and Apple CarPlay.) Then Scott was able to find us the CR-V we wanted in the color we wanted in the warehouse. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. More

I met him on July 4th and he was very personable and down to earth. He told me he picked out a car that he thought would interest me within the parameters I've set. He was very helpful in guiding my husband and I into finding the car we wanted. He's upfront and local friendly, not your run of the mill, pushy salesman. He was genuine in making sure we were able to get our car. He was great at explaining the car functions and hooking up our phones to the bluetooth and talking story when we went on a drive. Some lots had peeps that were pushy and kept asking "how about this one?", another appeared to feel they had the edge so wasn't at all helpful or cared to need, or want, our business. Jared had the right service level, was attentive and made us feel very comfortable in narrowing down what we were looking for, pointing out the value, and helping us to make the right SUV choice with a CRV. Other team members worth mentioning also are, Poki, who helped ease our transition, and Kathleene was charming, to say the least .. and she REALLY knew her accessories! Jared was the bestest, and we'd definitely recommend! P.S. The sales floor/environment could use a little refreshing .. just saying :) Lucky got good guys working it! More

(Yes, Accord lasted that long and it still runs great!) Jared helped us through everything in order to get the exact CRV we wanted. He was very patient and helpful. This was the reason why we decided to buy another car from Tony Honda this year. We had a SUV from different car company, and we were so disappointed with their service. Thus we traded in the SUV for our new Pilot. We wanted Jared to help us again, so my husband called him and set up an appointment and sure enough, he was really great and had two Pilots for us to take a look right by the dealership office. Everything after that went so smooth. Not to mention the friendly service we received from everyone who were involved in the process. Thank you so much, Jared, Ron, and Marco. We are really enjoying our Honda cars!! More
