Dealership service department has always provided excellent service. This time I am rating a specific employee named George Toro. My sister & I were at the Tony Honda dealership on 2/29/24 for regul excellent service. This time I am rating a specific employee named George Toro. My sister & I were at the Tony Honda dealership on 2/29/24 for regular maintenance on her car. While waiting in the lobby we noticed Mr.Toro busily maintaining the complimentary coffee/snack area, wiping the entire area and making numerous pots of coffee, etc. That area was very popular and a high traffic area. It was obvious without someone maintaining that area, it would have been a disaster. My elderly sister walked over to get some coffee, and Mr.Toro offered to help her. He prepared a cup of coffee for her and helped her return to our table. What a gentleman! After her car was ready, Mr. Toro parked the car right outside the front door for us. Mr.Toro’s friendliness, kindness and excellent customer service really “made our day”! Tony Honda, please hang on to this employee! Mr. Toro is pure gold! More

I had to get my 2012 hod an odyssey worked on and the problem was more complex than we initially thought. Scheduled an appt at 9:15a for a safety check. Arrived at the dealership at 9:05a. Honda crew walking in and out and checking cars in. Not everyone has time to sit around sipping coffee and reading the papers for a simple safety check!! Engine oil and check for sure, but not a safety check. This is xxxxxxxx! You people need to fix this. An hour and a half is a lot of time wasted for something simple to get done. This is not a hospital, get your people and service straight! More

Kerry is such a professional and kind person-i am old and have not purchased a car since becoming a widow so the process was daunting. Walt was very welcoming as well, and handled everything amazingly ! Walt was the initial person I contacted when I joined the auto market. I’ve also had to live/work in continental US (NewJersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina,Georgia, Texas, California) and I can resolutely state Sean Kikuchi is the best Service Advisor I have had to work with in the 44 years I have owned/driven Honda Accord/Civic vehicles. I plan to buy my next hybrid Civic in 2025 from Tony Honda due the excellent service I always receive from Sean Kikuchi. More
