I went to a different dealership right before coming to Tony Group Honda in Waipio, and you could tell the difference between someone who is indifferent about whether you buy a car from them or not. Tracie went above and beyond to make me feel like I was getting my value out of a car that I will have for hopefully the next decade! She truly is such a wonderful woman! As I live on the other side of the island, she made sure that I got all of my accessories and detailing (wax coating) done before I left the lot with my car, instead of having to take it back to Waipio at another time and wait for the detailing to be done on my time. I love the service at this dealership and would definitely recommend this dealership and Tracie to anyone that asks! More

Disrespectful xxxxxx I requested a competitive price (in comparison to other dealers) and this guy had the audacity to *basically* say I was lying. When I went to Pacific I requested a competitive price (in comparison to other dealers) and this guy had the audacity to *basically* say I was lying. When I went to Pacific Honda, they did not let me take the offer paper with me...this guy "required" it to match their price then said he didn't think I got that price. Guess what, I'll just go there and not deal with a rude person who says stuff like this: "Maybe that's the reason they don't want to give it to you in writing? I'm not saying you are lying, I just haven't seen a quote that low on a EX model." More

I had purchased a new Honda Pilot from a different dealership and really wasn't happy with the vehicle. I tried returning the vehicle but experienced poor customer service so I called Tony Honda and was lucky enough to get a hold of Scott. He helped me find the right car and was able to negotiate a fair price for us. Overall we had such a great experience and Scott made sure we were 110% happy with the new vehicle. He was very thorough and clearly explained everything to us. In the end I walked out with a new Honda CR-V and couldn't be happier with my decision. Thank you so much Scott, keep up the great work!!
