I cannot recommend Andrew enough. I did not feel pressured. I felt that he was genuinely looking out for my best interest. Andrew was honest and straightforward which is incredibly difficult to find. I hoped to be able to purchase a car with Andrew, but alas. The manager (name unknown) ultimately was unable to meet my numbers to finalize a sale. I NEVER call the main service line anymore as I would have to wait until the next available service appointment. That would mean that I would have to continue driving an unserviced car and that my oil life would be dwindling down past 10%, which is not safe. Sean knows how important it is to get a job done right away and I can count on him all the time. What better feeling is it knowing that your car problems will get solved upon that first phone call? I'll say this again to you new Honda owners, if you haven't seen Sean yet, ask for him next time. I can guarantee that he will take care of your car needs. Sean has been my Advisor since day one - 2019 and I have never been more pleased. My only regret is not seeking his expertise when I owned my three previous Hondas. I know it now. Because I came in on emergency repair, I knew I would be waiting for hours, not an issue, as I am certain they had no appointment slots on a busy Saturday. I was in and out in twenty (20) minutes……awesome!
