Just as I was about to give up, I decided to visit your dealership (although its far from where I live). As soon as I walked in the door, I felt welcomed, safe, and relaxed. The atmosphere of the staff, the shop, and the other customer's made me feel like I may have found my match. I didn't have anyone invading my personal space to ask me a bunch of questions, or be pushy about what I'm there for. I had one person ask me one question, and I found who I was looking for. I was introduced to Scott Matsuoka from a friend, and I was able to find him in a second. He then sat down with my family to ask what our needs were and he found the right match for me. I didn't realize how long and tiring car shopping can be, but I was insured that I was in good hands by every single person I encountered at the dealership. Scott was knowledgeable about the car, about the make, and about my options. We decided on a lease, which was our first experience, but I felt informed each step of the way. I walked out the dealership feeling confident of the choice I made as well as having all the information I needed. Scott made sure to follow up with me a couple days later and make sure that I was enjoying my car. The only regret that I have is that I did not visit your dealership earlier!
