Previously, I had had a horrible experience with another local car dealership when I was looking at an expensive and sporty car (Miata) that I was absolutely crazy about. I finally had enough with this sloppy and unprofessional dealership and and walked straight into the Honda showroom and bought my Honda CR-Z that very day. What a complete difference in the organization and professionalism of Honda vs the competitor! I was blown away! In addition, I would like to thank Kurtis Tsuha, Service Manager, for his outstanding service and follow-up. In March, 2016......I received a safety recall letter for my new CR-Z. Initially, I was having difficulty in obtaining a rental car to replace my car until the new part arrived, but once Kurtis stepped in to help, everything worked out beautifully. Kurtis always made time to talk and explain things.....never making me feel rushed. He returned phone calls promptly and had excellent follow-up. This is someone who is a true professional and is proud to be a part of the Honda team - that was very evident!
