A place to call home! I love bringing my car in for service here at Tony Auto - even though I live in Kaneohe. It's worth the drive. The customer service in the Service Department is unmatched by any I've seen. I moved off island for a year and a half. Bringing in a new car when I returned to Oahu, I tried a closer service department and it was good but not quite the kind of excellence in quality I receive at Tony Auto. So this time I went back - again, after a year and a half. As soon as I stepped out of my car, someone was there to receive me, very professional and kind. The service agent, Sean, then came out to meet with me a few minutes later and instantly remembered me by name! He noticed I had a new car and we chatted for a minute while he began registering my car for service. I added a request on the spot and he said it wild be easy to accommodate me with it. Thankful!! The waiting room is very comfortable and I felt like I was "home" again. I love coming to Tony Auto. Every service agent I've worked with, and I've worked with several, exude the same high regard for customer satisfaction.
