Great Location, Great service! Had my oil life level at 10% so I called and made an appointment and had no problem getting on Friday morning (3 days out) for 8:00 am. When I got there, it was a bit earlier but got checked in and advised that based on my mileage, my advisor Wade, said I might want to change my transmission fluid. I got the sale price and regular oil and minor service and was back on the road in an hour. While waiting for my vehicle, I walked right over to Kaiser and picked up my prescription and had blood tests needed and strolled back to have a free cup of coffee and then, my car was finished! It was easy, fast and very convenient and I got a lot of things done while taking car of my car. More

Great Service getting my battery replaced. I called Sean Kikuchi when My wife noticed our Civic did not start up on the first crank like it normally does. After listening to my description, Se I called Sean Kikuchi when My wife noticed our Civic did not start up on the first crank like it normally does. After listening to my description, Sean suggested we bring the car in have the battery checked. I decided to bring the car in the next morning. My car wouldn't start the next morning but AAA jumped started it and I drove it to Tony Honda where Sean and the service staffed ran a test and confirmed the battery needed to be replaced. I got the 100 month battery and I appreciate the quick service Sean and the Tony Honda staff completed my car service so I could get my wife to her doctor appointments that morning.
