I spoke to someone and he said everything is in except for the tires and their waiting for it to come in. I was ok with it but i was hoping it would be awesome if we could do it that day since me and my husband was off. I told my husband we should just pick up the mats we ordered for now since we was in the area. So we decided to go in and pick up the mats. i told the front desk (parts) im there to pick my mats and suddenly Sean came to the rescue. He asked if we wanted to schedule the instalation for our parts? So we was confused. I told him that they told me they are still waiting for the tires, i called this morning, and he said "no, everything's here". He checked again to make sure and he said they might of just scanned it and yes it was there. So i was happy. So he was asking when do we want to schedule for the instalation? We told him, it would he great to do it today (3/7/15) since we're off cause its hard to come anytime with our work schedule. So he tried calling people to make sure they'll do it that day and he said we'll take care of it today. We were so pleased and impressed. Felt like a VIP right there. Thank you Sean. You made our day! More

Great Service, but need to clean I had excellent service from my service guy he explained exactly what they were doing and when they would get done. He even made sure to fix my windshield wiper while I got the oil changed. My only grip was the condition of the children's play area. The floor was disgusting as it was stained with grease and the chair to sit in were gross and dingy. You keep your showroom so nice how come you couldn't show the same care for the tiny area my child is playing on the floor in? More

He was very helpful answering our questions, we did not need to fly to Honolulu to complete the purchase. Not happy with the 1-1/2 month wait but Dustin respectfully & patiently kept us informed. Once it arrived in Honolulu he got it shipped to us quickly and did all he said he would. First time making a purchase like this, it was simply marvelous thanks to Dustin! More

He is very approachable and very accessible when in need. My last experience was yesterday, Friday, March 04, 2016 which is a prime example. My 2015 Honda CRV battery wouldn't start and my husband had to jump start it. Luckily, for me we didn't have our babies in the car at that time. I made a call to Sean Kikuchi- Tony Honda Service Department and with out hesitation told me to bring my car right in!!!! Sean, apologized for the battery dying out on me and even apologized for any inconvenience. Sean even remembered that I had babies and asked if the kids were in the car!! He replaced my battery and explained to me that the battery was still under warranty. I have recommended family and friends to see Sean for their service needs! I have worked in the Customer Service industry for over 28 years and Sean never seems to amaze me. SEAN KIKUCHI IS A "WOW" FACTOR!! And to me, Sean Kikuchi is TONY HONDA WAIPIO!!! More

Absolutely fantastic! I had a 2-day experience at Tony Honda. The first day was with my daughter to "scope out" the exact car I wanted. We got to test drive the Honda CR- I had a 2-day experience at Tony Honda. The first day was with my daughter to "scope out" the exact car I wanted. We got to test drive the Honda CR-V EX-L and I absolutely fell in love with it the moment I saw it. We then came back and filled out the paper work as much as we could, as my husband was going to purchase the car for me. The next day I came back to finalize the purchase with my husband and take the car home. I felt so much genuine respect from everyone I encountered at Tony Honda! Maria was our sales associate and although I could tell that she was kind of new. She tried her hardest to accommodate us. She did an excellent job from the time I walked into the showroom until I drove my car home. Attention to detail. I appreciated her and I felt like I made a new friend there. I would not hesitate referring her to my friends and family. More
