Honest Reliable and Fast Service I brought my 2012 Honda Civic in for servicing. I called Sean Kikuchi to see if he could schedule my oil change and he got me an appointment right aw I brought my 2012 Honda Civic in for servicing. I called Sean Kikuchi to see if he could schedule my oil change and he got me an appointment right away. He recommended the air filter change and replace the tires. He gave me several recommendations for the tire change including alternatives to Tony Honda. I really appreciate his honesty and his assistance. I told my family and friends about Sean's service which is why they recently went to Tony Honda to buy a CRV instead of a Toyota or Mazda. We we came the next day to lease it he was with another customer and what I appreciated most was he graciously let Michael help us. I imagine that is not an ideal situation but they both exemplified what it meant to be part of a team. Valerie was very helpful in guiding us to exactly what I needed in the car. Michael showed me how the car worked before I drove off. I thought that might be unnecessary but I am so thankful he did. It would have taken a lot longer to program the phone and figure stuff out.
