He answered every concern in a timely manner and called us with updates while we were waiting for the arrival of our new car. We we came the next day to lease it he was with another customer and what I appreciated most was he graciously let Michael help us. I imagine that is not an ideal situation but they both exemplified what it meant to be part of a team. Valerie was very helpful in guiding us to exactly what I needed in the car. Michael showed me how the car worked before I drove off. I thought that might be unnecessary but I am so thankful he did. It would have taken a lot longer to program the phone and figure stuff out. Once I brought the car in, further confirmation of why my car was brought in was noted, and during the time of repairs I was updated on progress of diagnostics. This was a surprise because when I changed my oil back in November I was not told that and paid for the service. Andrew was also very helpful and took the time to explain to me what the code A1 and B1 was. I've always had my car maintenance performed at Tony Honda because the workmanship is good and the service rep are all very friendly. Great job by the Tony Honda Team. More
