He consistently goes out of his way to get things done quickly and done right, and today was no exception! I drive 30 minutes out of my way to get to Tony Honda and have been doing so for years. IMHO it's well worth the drive. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and the quality of the service is consistently excellent; 5 stars, no question! I've been to the others and Tony is the best! Sadly, they found that our engine was shot (after Andrew had gone way out of his way to help us out) and we suddenly we were without a car. We talked to Matt Chong for quite awhile, checking out new cars and he was "over-the-top" informative, helpful and very sincere in his efforts to assist us find what we needed. I was so impressed with his ability to listen to my husband and I and discern what we each were hoping for in our new car. He was way above the normal "car salesman" and we can't thank him enough! Then we worked with Daniel Zabresky on all the financial and warranty possibilities...he was amazing and so knowlegable as he detailed out all the different possibilities for our loan and warranty. We really appreciated his patience with all our questions. Ron was such a nice and helpful salesman and we really enjoyed his calm and realistic approach. We have worked with Andrew for many of our 10 yrs of service for our van and he has consistently been a reliable, honest and a really helpful friend in your service area.
