I was referred to Kerry by a friend who had recently bought a Type R from him. Kerry was super welcoming and made the process so easy! We ended up finding out Kerry was also the person who sold my boyfriend’s father a car back in 2016. Scott Matsuoka in financing helped finalize everything and he was amazing as well. He broke everything down for us and shared his own experiences. I even came back because I had a few questions about my paperwork and Scott took time from a meeting to address my questions and didn’t make me feel like a bother. Another great experience with Sean Kikuchi! I ALWAYS ask for him when I make my appointments and work my schedule around his. He's friendly, accommodating, always listens to my car issues and gets me in and out in no time. Many times, the job was completed earlier than expected. What more can I say? I only regret not seeing him when I had my first Honda in 1987. For anyone wanting a great Service Advisor, make sure you see Sean and tell him I vouched for him 100%. I only know now that if you stick with one Service Advisor, you build a "service" relationship with trust and never have to worry EVER.
