It has been about a month since I purchased my Honda Accord Sport and I still feel a great deal of gratitude towards Matt for how he went the extra mile to ensure that I as the buyer was satisfied with the purchase. Matt also took the time to ensure that my Mother was also comfortable with the transaction as well; who I specifically brought with me as a sounding board and buffer. This particular purchase was not like any car purchase I have made in the past, I am actually looking forward to the next time I need to purchase a car. Went to Wade and asked him how many ways he knew how to unlock my Honda Fit trunk. Told him I have lots of stuff in car, but need to get my work things to get 3 children car seats for 3 families. Wade was able to get Terry to help. Less than 5 min, Terry had my trunk open! Wade helped me put my back seat up. I asked him "how much?". He said, "no worry, just happy to help and see you in couple weeks for your routine check up." I was there for less than 15 minutes. Such a commitment to excellence in customer service. Excellent service I had just bought my Honda Pilot a week ago. The experience was awesome, when I finally got my car delivered to me it was evening time so it was dark. I had just bought my Honda Pilot a week ago. The experience was awesome, when I finally got my car delivered to me it was evening time so it was dark. The next day, jumped into my car and noticed a couple of oil stains on the passenger side door and on my passenger seat. so I called Steve Woodie Wood (my salesman) to notify him about it, he told me that once I bring my car back for the acessories he'll have them do a full brand new car detail. Dropped my car off 5/26, Natasha Helsham ( service consultant) was the one who helped me, and let me just say she is amazing! I informed her about the stains and the deal that Woodie gave me. Came back the next day to pick up my car (fast service), and notice the stains were still there, got very upset but held my composure, went back inside to inform Natasha and she was very disappointed also. Natasha informed me that everything will be ok and that she will have to give me a call to bring the car back. In about a couple of hours (not a whole day) Natasha called me back with great news, because of her outstanding customer service, she put my mind at ease.
