During my wait, he would pass by and give me a "heads up." He always has a smile on his face and never rushes me when I have a question. Wade was able to get Terry to help. Less than 5 min, Terry had my trunk open! Wade helped me put my back seat up. I asked him "how much?". Excellent service I had just bought my Honda Pilot a week ago. The experience was awesome, when I finally got my car delivered to me it was evening time so it was dark. I had just bought my Honda Pilot a week ago. The experience was awesome, when I finally got my car delivered to me it was evening time so it was dark. The next day, jumped into my car and noticed a couple of oil stains on the passenger side door and on my passenger seat. so I called Steve Woodie Wood (my salesman) to notify him about it, he told me that once I bring my car back for the acessories he'll have them do a full brand new car detail. Dropped my car off 5/26, Natasha Helsham ( service consultant) was the one who helped me, and let me just say she is amazing! I informed her about the stains and the deal that Woodie gave me. Came back the next day to pick up my car (fast service), and notice the stains were still there, got very upset but held my composure, went back inside to inform Natasha and she was very disappointed also. Natasha informed me that everything will be ok and that she will have to give me a call to bring the car back. In about a couple of hours (not a whole day) Natasha called me back with great news, because of her outstanding customer service, she put my mind at ease. Above and Beyond Many thanks to my service consultant Wade Szameitat. I arrived for my regular oil change and he noticed the smell of oil burning from my engine area.
