She makes me feel welcomed, is capable and knowledgeable. All the other service people there are very friendly also, In addition, there waiting room is very comfortable. They have better chairs than other places I have been, a better atmosphere; it does not seem like an afterthought..."oh, here's a chair if you want to wait". Another bonus - the battery has a 3 year warranty, then for 5 years after they will still pay for some of the purchase price if you have to get another one. Never know that existed. More

I NEVER felt pressured and Andre answered all my questions. He was attentive and respectful and I always felt he was on my side to give me the best deal and experience possible on my 2015 Honda Odyssey, a QUALITY product when comparing all the other vehicles in it's class. After my contract was signed, I went back the next day to clarify some nagging questions I had and Mike Demello, Finance Manager, assisted me in answering all my questions. The service department was equally awesome. When my roof rack and cross bars came in, John Vanhtha, scheduled my install for the next morning.
