As soon as my mom and I got to the dealership, Jacob immediately greeted us and offered to help with what we were looking for. We told him that I was looking into buying a Honda Accord and he suggested the 2015 model. We then went on a test drive and I quickly fell in love with the car. When we got back, I was a little worried because of that fact that I'm only twenty-one years old and trying to get it on my own, it wouldn't be possible, BUT Jacob made it happen! He was honest, not pushy whatsoever and my family and I really appreciated that. From the start we could sense that he was being nothing but genuine. We found that he was a Christian as well! So even more so we felt that he was God sent. Mike DeMello and Ron Oya assisted us as well. They both did an awesome job at being clear about my options. Again, as with Jacob, I did not feel pressured at all. They informed me about my options and let me choose on my own. Overall my family and I were extremely pleased with the Jacob's service and I will most definitely be spreading the word about my awesome experience! I was able to move at my own pace, feeling free as I wondered throughout the lot as I browsed at all the different cars. When I was ready--my salesperson answered all of my questions--she's extremely knowledgable about the cars and how all the features work. Even though the car model that I had in mind--base level car was not in stock, she did not try to push another higher model onto me. She let me lead and she was more than patient and kind as I pondered. I would definitely refer all of my friends and family members to Tracie Komori at Tony Honda. I also received excellent service from Aaron Chan, who helped me select appropriate accessories for my new CR-V. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and considerate.
