Service Advisors at Tony Honda I took my car in for my scheduled oil change and they found that I had an oil pump leak and a rear main seal leak. Andrew Jameson was very helpful by making sure my extended warranty covered these repairs. Although I had to bring in my car 2 separate times for these leaks due to warranty requirements, Andrew was always there to help me both times. He also made sure I had a rental to cover me for the days I was without my vehicle, always kept me updated on the status of the repairs and always greeted me with a smile. I also appreciated Tasha's help at the Tony Nissan rental department. She was such a pleasant person to deal with and she was very calm and friendly when she was short-handed and the only one renting out the cars and retrieving the cars for the customers. I have been going to Tony Honda to service my vehicles from the time they were in Pearl City. I've always had such positive experiences with the service advisors and such great customer service. In the past, Joshua Lospoc, Sean Kikuchi and Wade Szameitat have also helped me. They are without a doubt the best service advisors to deal with along with Andrew! Personally, being treated with kindness and sincere concern for me and my vehicle will always sway my decision on where to go for my vehicle servicing. The customer service at Tony Honda makes me always want to purchase a Honda so I can keep coming back to their service department. Good job guys!! More

We went in this past weekend just to check things out and see what w We were in the market for a second car and I had my eye on the new Honda Accord. We went in this past weekend just to check things out and see what we could qualify for. I actually have always gotten hand-me-down cars and have never been to a dealership before, so I was really nervous about what to expect and was afraid that I would get talked into buying something I didn't really want (I am a salesman's dream b/c I'm so easily convinced!). But when we were set up with salesman, Iven Cunanan, I was really thankful because I liked him right away. On this particular day, I had lost my voice, making communication difficult. But Ivan was super friendly and understanding and he made the whole process really easy. He was not at all intimidating or pushy. Actually, I don't think he ever stops smiling! He was able to find us exactly what we want and even drove us to their other lot so we could get the exact same car, but with only 30 miles on it! We drove out of there in our new Honda Accord and so far things have been great. Iven has also been nice enough to keep in contact throughout this past week to make sure we are happy with the new car. In fact, his ears must be ringing as I write this review, because he just texted me! I would definitely recommend his services to others. More
