HATED dealerships ...Until I worked with Tracie Komori and Moi Mabalot at Tony Honda. I don't even like driving near, past, or around dealerships (Waipahu near Cutter, ...Until I worked with Tracie Komori and Moi Mabalot at Tony Honda. I don't even like driving near, past, or around dealerships (Waipahu near Cutter, and especially under Nimitz Hwy where they will actually wave you down to come into their lots) because of their desperation to get a sale, but Tracie didn't pressure me ... at ALL. Working with her seemed easier than it is to buy something a lot less committal, say, shoes or a bag. Why? She never once pressured me. I told her what I was thinking of getting and she immediately pointed out positives and a few negatives. Her manager Moi worked with me also and helped me get to the price I wanted and would feel comfortable with. I don't know if I'll ever refer anyone to another car salesperson/manager duo other than Tracie and Moi - they made the very stressful process of trading in an old vehicle/purchasing a NEWER vehicle, comfortable and I will definitely go back to see Tracie again. Don't want to deal with anyone else - she set the bar when it comes to what sales people need to remember. If you don't try to sell, it sells itself ... and now that I'm happy I'll tell a LOT of people. Care about the person first, and the sale later. It all comes if you truly act like you care about the person first. More

Service Advisors at Tony Honda I took my car in for my scheduled oil change and they found that I had an oil pump leak and a rear main seal leak. Andrew Jameson was very helpful by I took my car in for my scheduled oil change and they found that I had an oil pump leak and a rear main seal leak. Andrew Jameson was very helpful by making sure my extended warranty covered these repairs. Although I had to bring in my car 2 separate times for these leaks due to warranty requirements, Andrew was always there to help me both times. He also made sure I had a rental to cover me for the days I was without my vehicle, always kept me updated on the status of the repairs and always greeted me with a smile. I also appreciated Tasha's help at the Tony Nissan rental department. She was such a pleasant person to deal with and she was very calm and friendly when she was short-handed and the only one renting out the cars and retrieving the cars for the customers. I have been going to Tony Honda to service my vehicles from the time they were in Pearl City. I've always had such positive experiences with the service advisors and such great customer service. In the past, Joshua Lospoc, Sean Kikuchi and Wade Szameitat have also helped me. They are without a doubt the best service advisors to deal with along with Andrew! Personally, being treated with kindness and sincere concern for me and my vehicle will always sway my decision on where to go for my vehicle servicing. The customer service at Tony Honda makes me always want to purchase a Honda so I can keep coming back to their service department. Good job guys!! More
