We went in this past weekend just to check things out and see what we could qualify for. I actually have always gotten hand-me-down cars and have never been to a dealership before, so I was really nervous about what to expect and was afraid that I would get talked into buying something I didn't really want (I am a salesman's dream b/c I'm so easily convinced!). But when we were set up with salesman, Iven Cunanan, I was really thankful because I liked him right away. On this particular day, I had lost my voice, making communication difficult. But Ivan was super friendly and understanding and he made the whole process really easy. He was not at all intimidating or pushy. Actually, I don't think he ever stops smiling! He was able to find us exactly what we want and even drove us to their other lot so we could get the exact same car, but with only 30 miles on it! We drove out of there in our new Honda Accord and so far things have been great. Iven has also been nice enough to keep in contact throughout this past week to make sure we are happy with the new car. In fact, his ears must be ringing as I write this review, because he just texted me! I would definitely recommend his services to others. More

A good experience I was in desperate need of a car. I didn't want to over spend so my intent was to look for a used car that was in good condition both inside and out. I started off browsing the Tony Autoplex website, I found exactly what I was looking for sent an email and got a response from Iven within minutes. I made an appointment for that same day to test drive the vehicle. The make, model and even the color was exactly what I was looking for. To top things off my salesperson Iven was awesome! Ideal buying experience for the elderly Because of a language barrier and zero skills in modern technology, I am writing on behalf of my parents. Gheryme and Moi were very sincere and patie Because of a language barrier and zero skills in modern technology, I am writing on behalf of my parents. Gheryme and Moi were very sincere and patient with my parent's needs who are both in their late 70s and both with English as their second language. Yes, a tough combination for a salesperson to deal with. We did not find the right car at our first visit but yet, Gheryme and Moi kept us informed of any car that became available that might fit the description of my parent's needs. At our second visit, my dad contemplated a while on a 2011 honda Fit. He inspected every inch of the car (that they eventually bought) and yet, Gheryme did not rush him. He simply let my Dad be, well, himself. As a daughter, i am extremely appreciative knowing my parents are being taken care of. One week later, my parents, mainly my dad, continue to enjoy their new ride. Thank you, Tony Honda! More
