I brought my car in with and I’ve been here before many time and always had great service. But this time I was scared and desperate cause my car was really down. I have two kids that go to different school time and always had great service. But this time I was scared and desperate cause my car was really down. I have two kids that go to different schools and one is special needs. I am one week newly divorced and also just moved so my stress level was high. Jayce helped right away and I got a shuttle home. Pick up the cat next day and sadly it died on the road with kids on tow. I managed to safety to bring it back to Tony Honda that day and due to my frustration I was very emotional and Jayce quickly took care of my car taking it out to back and without me saying anything already started the process of getting me a rental car. I barely spoke my needs as he anticipated it already. Right there I felt taken care as not just a client but a human. The car was fixed and I was able to take my kids to school.
