I went in with a flat tire, and without waiting a second, Sean was there to help me since our family's normal advisor was not working today. He explained how to take care of the problem next time and not to drive if there is anything wrong with my car (since I have no idea about car maintenance and thought I could just drive a couple miles to take my car in myself and not have to wait for a tow truck). He used to be our family's advisor and have always experience exceptional customer service by going to Sean. If you need anything or have any questions, he is the guy to talk to. He doesn't judge or look down on the fact that I have no idea on car maintenance, rather was glad to explain everything I needed to know and made the situation seem not as complicated as I had assumed it to be. More

Our experience with Tracie Komori was great. She was knowledgeable, relatable, and realistic. These qualities are not always associated with car sales personnel. She is indeed a cut above the rest! But because the battery was initially purchased from Sears, he advised me to check if it was still under warranty. I did, and fortunately it was. The unfortunate is that when I went to Sears, I was very disappointed with their service. That is when I decided to return to Honda. Even though the price was almost double, because of their exceptional service, I purchased a new battery and established my new warranty with your company. As a single parent, time and cost is very important to me. Knowing that your service department delivers excellent service and in a timely manner makes up for the cost. In the past I have also dealt with service advisor Marlon Ramirez. I understand that he has transferred to another department. He too has exemplified the qualities of excellent service. I’m sure that he will continue his excellent service with his next endeavor. I am highly pleased with the professional manner of these two gentlemen, Sean and Marlon. When I first spoke with her on the phone, she made me feel comfortable...like I was family. I have had bad experiences with car sales and did not want to deal with the usual pressures of a sale. She paired me up with Sales Consultant, TRACIE KOMORI. She was PERFECT!! No pressure, extremely friendly, empathetic, patient, professional and appreciative. In my opinion, a good salesperson is one that you can be honest and comfortable with. Tracie provided me with outstanding service and I will recommend her to all my friends and family! Unfortunately, I had did have a negative experience with the Accessories Specialist, Colleen Kimura. I understand that it is protocol to have her try to sell your products. To be honest, she was not friendly and did NOT smile ONCE during our meeting. I declined any of the accessories because I felt she was merely going through the motions of her job. When I declined to purchase anything, she responded with "Are you sure?". Then just stood up and walked away. As a manager in retail, I have high expectations of "customer service" and I know what is expected. She did not meet my expectations. I may have purchased something had she been more receptive and friendly as Tracie and Sue. Although I DID feel I needed a couple of the accessories, I declined. Curtis Matsumoto handled my financials and he was great. He is very professional, detailed and friendly. Overall, the staff at Tony Honda (Auto Group) was very good. More
