Wade was there to write it up and it went right into the shop. I sat and drank coffee and in approximately 45 minutes Wade came waving the paper work . All very fast and satisfying to be able to show up and get serviced and back out the door. Every time I am in Wade sees to it that I am taken care of quickly and out of there . He took everything on my criteria list and showed me several car options. He was very patient with me as I was seeking to find the perfect car. My search for a new car to lease started at Tony Honda and ended at Tony Honda. Months before my lease expiring I received a call from Woody. He never was "pushy" on the phone, and even referred me to other services providers to get a better understanding of my choices. I spent time visiting other dealership and test driving other cars. I was extremely pleased with my Honda Accord and had the trust in the Honda branding. After visiting multiple dealerships and speaking with other sales agents I found myself extremely frustrated in the process of dealing with agents that I didn't seem to be honest or give me straight answers. Woody was a man amongst children and my choice to go back to Honda had just as much to do with having the opportunity to work with Woody as it was to get a new car. I am extremely pleased with my new CRV, but even more impressed with the service that I received from Woody at Tony Honda. Not only did he pick me and my children up from our hometown to bring us here to Tony Honda Waipio for a service on our vehicle that needed to be towed, but he also spoke to me over the phone and asked how many passengers so he could better comfort us, but when he heard that I had both my daughters who are ages 4 & 6, he was concerned more for their safety due to the fact that we were on the side of the road. I appreciate that kindness, and thoughtfulness. He was not only polite and and excellent drivier, he also gave me some tips and other resources if ever in another situation like this again and need more immediate response. He was so generous withhis knowledge I cant seemed to know how to thank him. Although I wish I could treat him to lunch I simply cant afford it. He refuse to except anything fom me and still manage to continue to be thoughtful even after his sevices was needed. He went the extra effort and looked for me and my children all over Honda, to grab their child safety seats from me so I didn't have to carry all around with me with my children. He said that he would put it in my car that's being serviced and get it ready for me. What more may I ask for. After having whats seems to be the worst day, Turns out to be not so bad. We were referred to the dealership to meet with General Sales Manager, Larry Moody. He had Sales Consultant, Scott Matsuoka on standby for our arrival. As soon as we arrived, Scott was prepared to assist us with our desire to lease a Honda Pilot. He immediately took us to the model we were interested in and highlighted the various features of the vehicle. Within 15 minutes of arrival, we were test driving the Pilot on the bumpiest streets nearby. The vehicle performed beyond expectations and upon return to the dealership, we were ready to discuss finance terms. Scott was very quick and came back to us with numbers and options that we could easily understand. The entire transaction to sign paperwork took less than 2 hours. Detailing of the vehicle was anticipated to take a while, so we drove to a nearby eatery for a light dinner and returned to pick up our brand new Honda Pilot. We already lease a Honda CR-V but wanted to have a bigger vehicle since we were used to driving a large truck. The Honda Pilot EX-L is just "wow"--the features and leather seats far exceed the base model which we had test driven a few days prior at a different dealer. We still love our CR-V, but this Pilot is a really luxurious ride. We hope to experience many miles of driving pleasure. Mahalo to Larry and Scott for assisting us. See you in 3 years! More

I went in with a flat tire, and without waiting a second, Sean was there to help me since our family's normal advisor was not working today. He explained how to take care of the problem next time and not to drive if there is anything wrong with my car (since I have no idea about car maintenance and thought I could just drive a couple miles to take my car in myself and not have to wait for a tow truck). He used to be our family's advisor and have always experience exceptional customer service by going to Sean. If you need anything or have any questions, he is the guy to talk to. He doesn't judge or look down on the fact that I have no idea on car maintenance, rather was glad to explain everything I needed to know and made the situation seem not as complicated as I had assumed it to be.
