My salesman Andre Machado was very helpful and knowledgeable thru the whole buying process......but.... a couple of days after the sale, my friends feedback told me I wished I had done things a li knowledgeable thru the whole buying process......but.... a couple of days after the sale, my friends feedback told me I wished I had done things a little more differently about the whole car buying scene. I should have asked to have some accessories thrown in on the deal.... like...tinted windows and body side molding. Now I have to pay that out of my own pocket. A lesson learned for the next car I buy. :-(( Will I ever go back to Tony Honda?? Don't know... More

I will preface this review by saying that I did a lot of research before we bought our car. I researched dealers, vehicles and then finally price. I consulted Edmunds, True Car and Consumer Reports. I had heard horror stories about buying cars on the island. So much so, that I had also researched buying in California and shipping to Hawaii. That being said, I was truly armed to do battle. Not needed. After reading some reviews on-line I wasn't expecting a whole lot. But my experience was excellent. We negotiated to my price. Not theirs. I had confidence in my numbers and they hit it. If I over payed, that is on me, not them. Scott and Matt in the internet department worked with me to get my number and they did it painlessly. Very nice and cordial throughout the entire process. Mike completed the deal in finance and there were no surprises. All I can say is Mahalo for your efforts. Our son and our expected twin boys will be pleased with the car one day. Our son was already saying, "new car, new car" as we drove home. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Happy Holidays J- More

We could sense that he genuinely cared for us just like a friend and not just someone he wanted to sell a car to. He made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. FYI: we met him for the first time today. 4. He advised us on the procedures of purchasing our first car and was very informative in his explanation. 5. He had great hospitality; he provided us with water and snacks and talked stories with us while we waited for our paperwork to be done. All in all, Elmo is a superb salesman. From the time I entered the dealership I was greeted and treated with friendliness and professionalism. Richard showed me all that I asked to see and gave very good advice and opinions. When he didn't know an answer he was very well assisted by his mentor Dustin. They both worked well in getting me the car that I wanted. Colleen was very helpful with the accessories that I purchased and Mike was helpful in making the financing part smooth. Several other salesmen assisted in getting 4 stuck CD's out of my trade in.
