I feel like he is not just trying to talk me into unnecessary services for my car, but honestly cares about diagnosing what my car needs and does not need. Everyone at Tony is always fair and always puts the customer first. For example, I called the dealership near my house, and they insisted I get everything in the major maintenance plan. When I took my car to Sean at Tony Honda, they assessed what my car needed instead of a blanket statement that I would need a $700 major maintenance service. TERRIFIC service. I also bring my other car to Tony Honda as well. Don't take your car to any other Honda dealer to get serviced! Take it to Tony Honda! Brought my "old" Honda in for service, trying to fix an oil leak. The original estimate was quite expensive. Danny developed a plan to narrow down the problem to save us from having to complete to fix an oil leak. The original estimate was quite expensive. He also uncovered shoddy work from other dealerships and ordered in parts to correct the problems. If we were not leaving the island I would request Danny every time. He understands that even though our Honda is 13 years old, she is still our car and we want to take care of her. (I did not receive this type of understanding/service from other members of your team). She has been dealer maintained since her day off the lot. Thank you again Danny! You are awesome!!!! More
