Wow! The service department, Curtis and his men, stayed opened to help me get back on the road after my car wouldn't start. They even gave me a towing service number when I was stuck in Kapolei. They were quick to test my battery, get me a new one (battery), and helped me get home before 7:00PM. I received an outstanding service experience from Marlon. My 2009 Honda S2000 soft-top was developing tears from friction with the sub-frame. This would mean that I would have to pay close to 4000$ for both parts and labor in order to fix the problem. Thankfully, Marlon went above and beyond expectations by helping me to contact Honda of America in order to receive goodwill consideration. With his assistance, Honda of America helped to cover much of the costs for my repair. I now have a beautiful new fully-functioning soft-top all thanks to Marlon. Thank you so MUCH!!!!! More
