I visited this dealership in search of a new car -- of which, I was very undecided on what I should get. My sales person was Tracie Komori. Tracie is very professional, knowledagable, friendly, and approachable, which for me, are hard to find aspects in many dealerships I have visited in the past. Personally, Tracie is the type of sales person that is HARD TO FIND! In other words, she is not pushy with her sales, which I absolutely love! Tracie took her time to make recommendations, look over all the cars with me, and allow me to test drive them if I requested. If not for this, and her friendly, approachable nature, I would have been hard pressed to buy any car here. Her communication is very professional -- she always kept me informed, one step ahead of the game. Tracie answered all my questions, and if she could not, she took the time (her time), to find the answer for me. Finanace Manager, Marco Gonazales, was also very helpful and attentive while doing the numbers game, if you know what I mean. Sales person, Hai Nguyen, assisted Tracie in showing me the features of the car, along with answering all my questions and concerns. Combined, this truly made for a car buying experience I never really had. I have no trouble in recommending this dealership to anyone loooking to purchase their next new or used car, and I definitely have no trouble in recommending Tracie Komori as the go-to consultant. She is my go-to now, that's for sure! More

Had my Honda Element serviced for a faulty seatbelt light. Last minute additional work was not a problem, they took care of it and also caught my safety check which was expiring this month. I just purchased a car from Tony Honda yesterday. I originally wanted to buy a Toyota Prius but for the price of the prius I got way more going with a Honda. He responded quickly and we set up an appt for Monday at 9:45 when I arrived Iven was there waiting which after being in the Army for as long as I have it says a lot about a person when they're on time. He had the keys available and ready. He wasn't pushy or talked about the price he just told me about the car and answered and questions I had. He showed me all the features which I liked a lot. He got me the best price for my trade-in and the best price for the car. Once we went over the numbers I was sold. I ended up buying the car cash that day because he got it down to what I wanted to spend. When I got to work the next day a lot of ppl had no idea Honda had a hybrid with such great gas mileage and once they found out the price they couldn't believe it. I had to drop Ivens name because of a great job he did on getting me into the car I wanted. I'll definitely recommend Iven and Tony Group to all my friends. More
