We visited Tony Honda on several occassions leading up to our purchase. We met with several of the other sales people but none of them made a lasting impression. Tracie Komori did! My husband and I decided it was time to trade in our seven year old van and get a more fuel efficient vehicle. We were undecided as to what we were going to purchase..a civic or an accorrd. Chelsey explained the differences between the two vehicles and we left the dealership with a decision to make. I returned the next day to be once again greeted with that welcoming smile!!! I explained to Chelsey that my husband (golfing) wanted a manual vehicle, showed me what is now my new 2013 Accord Sport. This was hands down the best dealership we have ever worked with. First, the sales associate "car salesman", Hai, was super friendly and not pushy at all. In fact he listened to what we liked, wanted an worked with. First, the sales associate "car salesman", Hai, was super friendly and not pushy at all. In fact he listened to what we liked, wanted and needed, and showed us our options. Having multiple children means we need a big car, with certain amenities, but in a certain price range. We found a great car, a 2013 Honda Odyssey EXL in the perfect smoky topaz color, but it seemed like we would not be able to afford it. He worked with the finance team to get us a price that was at the very high end of our budget, but we thought, at least we did it. Then the finance manager, Curtis, worked his tail off and got our payments down to below what we had anticipated. This was a huge, but amazingly good surprise. We were not looking to buy, but did because of the great rate. We were not forced into anything unlike some places. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is staying on the island. We were able to go, get all the paperwork done and leave in the car in under an hour and a half. Great service and great prices that equaled the best experience at a dealership ever.
