I trust Sean completely and knows he wouldn't charge me or add on things I didn't need. We both know the year of my car (2003) and how much I love my "old" but faithful car so I'll spend the monies on fixing the old girl up until there is no life left in her. I have a part-time job that I gives me a BMW paid for but why would I want one when I can get a Honda which is a realiable car and the service is unbeatable!! Service is a big part of the package deal, if you don't have a person that would help you, isn't knowledgeable or sincere about their job then you have nothing.... Sean is the BIG reason why I stay with Honda... I would highly recommend Honda and Sean for his service and friendly attitude. More

Being a woman, I'm always skeptical of handling car repairs myself- being afraid I'll be taken advantage of. However, I was so relieved and happy to find the opposite experience at Tony Honda! Because the warranty was purchased with the vehicle back in Georgia, it was not easy to get ahold of them for the warranty payment- but Andrew Jameson made everything happen and more for an awesome experience. I have 3 young children, and Andrew ensured the repairs happened as quickly as possible, with the least amount of waiting time. When we purchased the van on 3/3/13, everyone person that we dealt with at Tony Honda was very friendly and helpful (Mike West, Mike DeMello & Curtis Matsumoto). Mike and Curtis walked us through the steps and also let us know what the delays were. They understood that we were with our children (ages 3 and 9) who were getting impatient. I told him that I would. Sean then told me that he would put me down for Express service. I really do appreciate that as I hate waiting! As I was waiting, Sean said that a routine check showed that my brake rotors had to be changed out. He explained everything that needed to be done, estimation of cost, and again asked if I wanted to wait. This man is the best! Sean made sure that I was informed of what was going on. When I decided to walk across the street to get a snack, he made sure to have my phone number so he could call me if my car was done. The service technician that worked on my car was immaculate & my car came out looking exactly how it went in. When I paid, I also got a coupon for a free standard car wash. Deal! Again, this may not be the most convenient dealership, but the value & the service people are hard to beat! I would recommend Tony Honda Service to everyone! More
