Andrew was wonderful and kept me in the loop on the status of my car, made sure I had a rental car on reserve when I needed to leave my car at Tony Honda overnight, assisted me with obtaining coupons for my car service and even came in on his day off to make sure my car was ready and had it washed and ready for me to pick up. He really gave me the best service experience I've had at Tony Honda thus far. Given the extent of repairs I needed, I knew I was in for a significant bill and was very concerned, but Andrew really went out of his way to help me with coupons and discounts. He really tried his best to give me the best deal he could for my service needs. I've never had a service consultant really go out of his way like Andrew did to give me the best deal he could while ensuring I still received top notch service. I've also never had my car washed for me before pick up before. I've been to Tony Honda before for maintenance and historically always received a credit to go to the car wash myself. The fact that Andrew went above and beyond to provide the best service possible and fully take care of my car and all its needs truly impressed me and really makes him stand out.
