Hai Nguyen was excellent. He helped me buy the car I wanted and could afford. These two things were very important to me. When we first called Tony Honda we left a message for a sales associate but didn wanted and could afford. These two things were very important to me. We went over to the dealership to talk to him but he had gone home and we were greeted by John. He was not helpful. He didn't give me the impression that he wanted to help me. I almost felt like he didn't think I was going to buy anything so he didn't want to invest the time. After I left Tony that day I went to Honda Windward. They didn't have what I was looking for as far as used cars but they were very interested in gaining my business. The next day I received a call from Moi and he was very motivated to help me get the car I wanted. I scheduled an appointment with Hai for the next day and I'm really glad I did because he was very personable and was able to help me purchase the car I wanted. More
