In late July I went in to look at a Honda Fit to compare it with four other makes of cars. I told Iven I was not there to buy but to do research and he was still very helpful. My experience with Iven since my first day to today has been nothing but great. Thank you Iven, as I told you I never planned on buying a car again from a dealer. Every experience I had had in the past 40 plus years has been so negative. My last few cars have been bought from rental car fleets or private owners.
