This is the first time I've bought a car without my husband. Andrew Lee was a blessing! Andrew helped us select a car that fit our needs without going over our budget (no sales pressure!), was sensitive in putting me down as married on the paperwork (there was no option for widow; may sound petty, but meant so much to me!) and before we left, knowing my girls would be the primary drivers, he adjusted all the safety settings as if he were doing it for his own daughter ~ such a personal, sincere gesture! Again, another great service by Sean Kikuchi! I called to make an appointment for a 15K mile service on my CR-V and found out that Sean was on vacation, so I emailed him. Shortly after that, I got a call to make an appointment for a 15K mile service on my CR-V and found out that Sean was on vacation, so I emailed him. Shortly after that, I got a call from him, letting me know when he'd be back at work. I was very impressed that he called me even though he was still on vacation. That showed me that he really cares for his customers. I scheduled the service job on his return. On the day of service, drop-off was quick and Sean hooked me up with a loaner so I could leave my car and go to work. The job was finished faster than I expected. I always prefer to see Sean for my service needs and can always count on him to take care of me. I highly recommend him to others. Thanks again Sean! More

Much mahalo to my ever-dependable Service Advisor, Sean Kikuchi! A week ago, my car couldn't start at the end of the work day, so I called for roadside assistance and planned to have my car towed into Ton Kikuchi! A week ago, my car couldn't start at the end of the work day, so I called for roadside assistance and planned to have my car towed into Tony Honda service. When I called, the Receptionist said that there were no slots available for service the next day. So I emailed Sean to ask if he could squeeze me in to get my car checked out. Although I emailed him after service hours, he contacted me within minutes to set this up. My car was towed and I left the keys in the Early Bird drop-off box. The next day, my car was installed with a brand new battery and was ready for pick up @ 9 am. I was so pleased at how quickly it was done, but most of all, I was so relieved that I didn't have to wait another day or days to have my car fixed. Sean knows how important this is for me and always goes above and beyond to take care of me. This is the 6th time this year that I've had to bring my car into service and each time I asked for Sean. I know I can rely on him and I guarantee you will too! More
