Tony Honda in Waipio, O'ahu was an excellent choice for our car shopping. Sabrina was great! She showed us a few cars, let us test drive, and when we didn't feel they were exactly what we were looking for, our car shopping. Sabrina was great! In fact, she kept in touch to let us know when the car we were interested in became available. After trying that car, we decided it wasn't right for us either. So Sabrina kept in touch, and when she found a car she thought was right, contacted us. It was the perfect fit! We were so pleased! Sabrina knew what we wanted, and found it for us! Scott followed through with the financing. He was helpful and professional. He made sure we understood exactly what we were getting as far as warranty and extras. And Brad from servicing made sure everything was right with the car. Overall, our car buying experience at Tony Honda, and in particular with Sabrina, was a wonderful experience! Today, I traded in my le experience with Tony Honda in Waipio Gentry, and today I wrote a new one for Yelp and thought I'd share it at this site too. Today, I traded in my lease for another new one, a 2022 Honda Civic Touring model and my wife and I Love it!!! I’m happy to say, the experience was even better this time primarily because the process didn’t take as long as the last time…it went faster and smoother. I worked with Justin Nissel this time and he did an outstanding job. Extremely polite, patient, calm and professional. Not a easy job when working with an old cranky guy, but Justin kept his cool. I was initially looking for Royce (who I worked with last time), as he did such a great job and I learned he is now the finance guy so, I was able to work with him when it got to that point in the process. Without trying to sound too corny, I have to say it was like visiting old friends when I got there. Not only was it a pleasure to work with Justin, I got to talk to two managers, Victor and Moi who are just outstanding men, Royce who's doing great in Finance and then I talked to Val who just lights up Tony Honda…she has such a great bubbly personality with so much Aloha. The people at Tony Honda are basically great people! As I was going through the paperwork process, I had time to observe the interaction of the workers among themselves and other customers. It was very apparent that all the employees get a long with each other and that they enjoy their job which I’m sure is the reason why their customer service is outstanding. I say this with experience plus, I have leased with Dodge/Chrysler, Mercedes (twice), and Ford. Tony Honda blows all of them out of the water in regard to customer support in both the sales and maintenance departments which is why this is my third lease with them. In closing, I think I’ll be leasing at Tony Honda for many years to come and hopefully I'll get to work with Justin again and see all the great people there. Aloha, Brad More

Our sales person Lillian Li flat put lied to us in our faces. They ran our credit without letting us know even though we told Lilian that we were pre-approved at a bank already. We were really considering the purchase of a particular car but we decided not to buy from them anymore because our credit was pulled when Lilian said 3x 'don't worry we will not pull your credit' 1. after i asked her why we are filling out a credit application form, she said ' we only used this form to gather info but we will not pull your credit' 2. when my husband asked to see the numbers first before we give our ssn, to which Lilian said 'we need the information but dont worry we wont pull your credit' 3. whenshe came out with the first print out of the pricing and I asked her 'wait, did we already buy the car?' and Lilian replied with 'not yet, dont worry, we dont pull your credit, I will ask about lowering thenprice for the scratches, and damage in the seats, don't worry'. I had just gotten my husband to agree with the higher price than we wanted then I get an alert that said my credit was ran. I always thought it was illegal for businesses to do this but because Lilian lied about their use of the credit application info that she gathered from us to which we did not agree to having our credit pulled. They ran some tricks up their sleeves just to go behind our backs. Although a more senior sales person apologized for their 'mistake', no solid reason was given as to why it happened as it did. Needless to say we will NEVER do business with them ever. Trick me once shame on you, trick me twice shame on me! Lesson learned: DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO UNTIL NEGOTIATIONS ARE COMPLETED AND DO NOT WORK WITH LILIAN LI, SHE WILL LIE TO YOU WITH A STRAIGHT FACE!!! More
