Our service advisor, Sean Kikuchi, is the most efficient and effective advisor that we've had over many many years that we've been with Tony Honda. He continues to give us worthy technical advice on how our Fit and Odyseey are doing and any possible upcoming repairs and replacements for future maintenance. He is trustworthy and works well as the bridge between our mechanics and us. He is such a pleasure doing business with courteous, customer-focused, and knowledgeable. His goal is to save us money and we feel this which is validated by the advice he gives. The only reason we continue to buy Hondas is that we know that once the sale is over, we have him to help us for the life of our car. Well done Sean!!! More

I had my 2019 Honda CR-V serviced by Advisor, Sean Kikuchi, several times in the past. During those times, he was very helpful and understanding of my situation due to the condition of my car. Recently, my low tire pressure indicator lit up on my dashboard and after confirming that the tire pressure was lower than normal, I contacted Tony Honda service and asked for Sean. He had already left for the day, but the girl who answered the service line said she would leave him an email message. I was expecting a call from him the next day when the Service department opened, but to my surprise, Sean contacted me about 20 minutes after getting the email. Knowing how risky it was to continue driving with an inadequately inflated tire, he advised me to come in to have it checked early the next day. If I had to make an appointment, I would not have gotten my tire fixed this quickly and moreover, I would have had to drive around with my spare tire, which is not the best scenario. Upon inspection of the tire the next morning, Sean noticed a piece of wired lodged in the tire. He suspected that was the cause of the slow leak. Within an hour, my tire was fixed and I was off to work. A very unfortunate thing happened 2 days after that and my low tire pressure indicator lit up again on my way to work. This was a day after the repair. Upon arriving at work, I checked my tire pressure and it showed 18 psi, which is about 50% lower than the recommended psi. I called Sean and he told me to come in that morning. Sure enough, there was a screw this time, in the same tire. Again, he had my tire fixed within the estimated hour and I was able to go back to work and not miss much of work. I cannot express how grateful I am for having Sean as my Service Advisor. Being a female with a sciatica issue, I'm not able to change a flat tire nor do I feel safe stopping on the side of the freeway or highway. Knowing Sean cares and understands my situation and having him go above and beyond to get the problem fixed is such a relief and gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Sean as the person to see. Get to know him and he will definitely take care of you. As I've said many times before, I hope the Dealership shows/gives him what he deserves, especially when he takes care of his customers. He is truly the best! Thanks again Sean!
