This was my first time getting a car at a dealership and I was very excited and nervous. I honestly expected to not get the car that same day since we did go later in the night. I heard a lot of good things I was very excited and nervous. I honestly expected to not get the car that same day since we did go later in the night. I heard a lot of good things about kris because he helped my cousin and her girlfriend with their car and I was very excited to meet him. Even though the entire time I didn’t think I was going to get the car in the end I ended up getting it. He got everything done very quickly. Once he told me I got the car I felt nothing but joy and happiness. He doesn’t know this but when he walked away I cried for a bit but was able to stop myself before he came back haha. anyways he was very nice, funny, and professional. If I didn’t understand anything or had a question he was able to explain it to me where I understood exactly what was going on. Overall it was a great experience and for sure I will be letting my friends and family know about the experienced I had at tony Honda all because of kris and his great service. More

Told myself I'd never buy from tony autoplex cuz of the god awful service at their vw. But with covid and not being able to walk in to show rooms, emails were sent to all dealerships. My old car went kapootz and unfortunately tony autoplex was the first to respond. The sale actually went very well and for a brief moment, I i was fond of them. That didnt last long. All the charm of the salesman, call/text me, I'll set up all your services blah blah. Well that lasted a week. Never returned another text. This turned out to be the theme. No return calls. Had issues with the AC and a tap tap tap noise. Took over a month to get a hold of my service rep. All of a sudden. They didnt have my number. But they called two months prior to schedule window tint.uh huh. I called and left a message with my service rep last week. Guess what?!...yep. no return call. Heaven forbid something serious goes wrong! More

I lost my spare key, so I took a vacation day and made an appointment to get a replacement. I waited 2 hours at the dealership to find out the machine they use to make the key was not working properly. Sean appointment to get a replacement. Sean Kikuchi was very apologetic and said I would have to come back in a few days after they fixed the machine. The same day, he said they found someone to fix it that day, and that I could come back tomorrow, so I did. The next day, I still had to wait an hour because they were pretty busy. But Sean gave me all the discounts he could, which turned out to be pretty significant. So it wasn't a great experience but I commend Sean for his dedication to the customer. More

I had a very positive experience when I went into Tony Honda for a routine oil/filter service in mid-March. Unfortunately not even 2 weeks after that visit, my indicator light for low tire pressure appea Honda for a routine oil/filter service in mid-March. Unfortunately not even 2 weeks after that visit, my indicator light for low tire pressure appeared. After inflating the tire in question with air, the indicator light stayed on. I called the service department and to my dismay, the next available appointment wasn't until 4 days and that was a concern for me. So I called Sean Kikuchi, my Service Advisor, and explained my situation. Despite his busy schedule, Sean told me to drop by so that he could get a visual of the tires. Upon inspecting my tires, he found a screw lodged into one. Instead of waiting 4 days for my appointment, he was able to fit me in early the next day. Needless to say, Sean had my tire fixed within 35 minutes, the shortest wait ever. I am happy to have been serviced by Sean Kikuchi again and will never go to anyone else. For those of you who just became a part of the Tony Honda family, see Sean for all your service needs. You will not be disappointed! I hope with all these positive reviews, the Dealership will Reward him with compensation or something other. He deserves it! Thanks again, Sean! More

It’s not because of convenience or price, it’s because the consistent EXCELLENT service that I get every single time. Although I purchased by 2014 Honda Accord at another dealership, I drive from Kailua to Waipio to get my vehicle serviced here. The service department is honestly the best on the island. The ease of making appointments, the communication with your service rep, and the quality of the work exceeds expectations. Sean, my service rep, is who you want when you need to bring in your car. He tells you everything you need to know and what options you have when your car needs to be serviced. When you call him, Sean always calls back in a timely manner. How great is that? The mechanics at Tony Honda are very professional. The work hard and diligently to get your car back on time or even faster. I also want to say that the lot crew is very good at making sure your car stays clean throughout the service process. If your car is needs service, I would definitely recommend bringing your car here to Tony Honda. More
